Designation: Senior Web Designer

Candidate Profile: 
The ideal candidate should have experience in creating attractive & usable web design and should be able to code templates in w3c compliant HTML & CSS. Selected web designer will need to provide creative input and support throughout the various stages of the designing process as a key player in the team.

The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, have innovative approach, effectively manage large complex projects and have problem solving abilities. The individual must also be able to interact well within the company and learn and implement latest technologies. The selected designer would be a part of a team that’s redefining how the internet is used in modern businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver website mock-ups as needed in a timeframe that meets project goals.
• Create well-organized design files that are easily consumable for web application
• Create flash, GIF and static web banners, e-mailers in prescribe time limit
• Code the template in W3C compliant HTML & CSS in DIV based layout
• Browsers testing & debugging for desired output
• Work collaboratively with the team to develop attractive and functional websites
  

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Minimum experience of 1-3 years in web designing is essential.
• Must be creative and produce web designs meeting international standards.
• Candidates should have good understanding of typography, layout and colour theory, image optimization, web palette and load time management.
• Hands on experience in HTML 4 & 5, XHTML, CSS 2 & 3, Photoshop and Flash.
• Knowledge of usability and browser compatibility issues.
